Director – Blake Veitch
Blake completed schooling in Canada in 2003 and then embarked on a holiday to Australia with the intention of returning to Canada to further his university studies. While travelling in Australia Blake got bored of the holiday life quite quickly and decided to find some short term work to keep him occupied. He started on a sales program in a company called FMG in 2005. This was not initially a career move. It was simply fun, rewarding and funding plans for further travel. Having been successful in the entry level sales role, Blake then decided to defer his studies and further his career in the industry. After further developing his skills in sales, managing teams and campaign management he saved some capital allowing Integral to be incorporated by mid 2006. Blake now oversees 19 offices across Australia.
"Sales is a skill that is crucial across all industries. This statement is what got me started with my initial aim to use the industry to gain experience and make money. After a few months, however, an opportunity arose to run a campaign. In the end I made the decision to defer University with the aim to set up a business. In hindsight this industry provided a vehicle for me to build a career, develop leadership skills and run a profitable business. It has been like a hands on degree."
Future Direction
As a company, Integral has grown and is starting to divide into two areas.
The first is Integral Marketing; the sales and marketing company. This is our main team with head office located in Surry Hills and operating on four main campaigns. This is where we continually develop our sales team, administration team, support network and look to identify our potential future leaders.
The second is The Integral Organization, this is where the future begins. As our leaders begin to pioneer their own offices the future is looking bright. New offices have now opened across Australia and New Zealand and we also plan on expanding into the North American Market in 2011.
