Integral Marketing started with a dream. A dream that would allow people a fair and equal opportunity to succeed in their career. With this dream, Blake created a company that specialises in Sales, Marketing and Promotions.
Blake grew up in the country side of Western Canada, and had a traditional working class upbringing. He was taught to go to school, go to university and get a good job. However, during his second year of university, Blake looked around at his older friends who were living similar lifestyles; working in non progressive jobs, playing in the same sports teams and honestly going no where drinking in the same bars. He decided that he did not want to end up doing the same thing, so he deffered university and decided to go travelling around the world.
Blake was introduced to the marketing industry, whilst travelling in Australia. Initially his primary interest was earning money through sales so that he could further fund his travel itinerary. However, his plans soon changed when Blake attended his first pre-management meeting. Learning about the opportunities available to him as a business owner, he soon became interested in being accountable for his own destiny. It was at this turning point that Blake decided to commit 100% to his business development. Succesfully, 12 weeks later Integral Marketing was born.
Blake started the company with a team of 5 representatives and has watched his company go from strengh to strengh. Integral Marketing now operates with 200 representatives consisting of leaders, team leaders, assistant managers, and 15 offices that span throughtout the major cities of Australia. The future of Integral Marketing is now. Our future plans couldn't be brigher.
